A brand new £50,000 John Deere tractor was stolen from a field near Begelly, only to be rediscovered nearly five miles away in Cresselly .
The vehicle went missing from a field on the Yerberston to Templeton road, between 6.30pm on October 13th and midday yesterday (Tuesday, October 14th).
It had been taken and then dumped in fields in Cresselly.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the tractor being taken, or saw it en route to Cresselly between the times above, to contact Narberth police station on 0845 330 2000.
