A new sales executive has been appointed in Haverfordwest.

Lovell Homes, a leading developer, has welcomed Adrienne Mortlock to its team.

She will be based at the Augustus Grange development, which is being delivered in partnership with Pobl Group.

Ms Mortlock brings with her 11 years of sales experience in the construction industry, having previously worked for national housebuilders and most recently Pobl.

At Augustus Grange, she will guide buyers through their home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to collecting keys.

Ms Mortlock, who lives in Carmarthenshire, said: "I love meeting new people and finding a home that will suit their budget and needs.

"The houses here are lovely and really well built, with PV roof panels included.

"My favourite house type is 'The Milford', a stunning three-bedroom home.

"Once the development is fully up and running, my sales office will be in 'The Milford', and it’ll be a wrench to go home at the end of the day.

"Haverfordwest is a beautiful area too.

"There’s lots to do round here and it’s also near to some of the best beaches in Britain."

The Augustus Grange development will have 115 two and three-bedroom homes located off St David’s Road.

Of these, 36 homes will be for open market sale while 79 will be affordable homes, with 37 available through shared ownership and 42 for social rent.

Some of these homes are already available for purchase off-plan.

The show home will soon be open for property seekers to look around.

The development offers Help to Buy Wales on homes up to £300,000 and a key workers scheme that provides eligible buyers with a £500 discount for every £25,000 spent on a new Lovell home.

Shared ownership is also available at Augustus Grange.

Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: "Adrienne is a fantastic addition to our team, bringing with her vast experience of the industry and the West Wales area.

"We’re looking forward to seeing her succeed in her role and help many new homebuyers find their dream home at Augustus Grange.

"Augustus Grange will be a stunning development, with homes designed for a range of purchasers in an excellent location.

"We cannot wait to open the doors to our wonderful three-bedroom showhome this autumn and would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch with Adrienne without delay."

The Augustus Grange development is open by appointment only, Tuesday to Saturday, from 10am to 5pm.
