Pembrokeshire family pub renowned for using local produce

Based in Kilgetty, reviews on Tripadvisor applaud the pub for it’s amazing Sunday lunch, of local ingredients and friendly service.

Reviews praise the pub for its delicious Sunday lunch. (Image: Google Maps) A review from last month (September 2024) said: “We had Sunday lunch at Jeffreyston Inn today. Great service from the staff. The lunch was amazing, it featured fresh vegetables and melt-in-the-mouth beef.”

Another review from June 2024 added: “We were staying at a nearby caravan site and just popped in for a drink. We didn’t realise that it was only open for a wake, but we were made to feel so welcome, that we booked in for a meal on Friday evening.

“The landlord arranged a taxi to take us home and then picked us up in the morning to get our car. The food was delicious followed by a few games of pool with a couple of local lads, making it a great night overall.

“We would definitely recommend this pub to anyone. We will be back.”

“We were greeted by lovely staff, owners and customers. Can’t wait to try their beautiful home-made food. There were also lovely little touches like selling local produce. We will be back. It’s a gem!”

There is also a regularly updated takeaway menu, featuring options like burger and chips and beef brisket, chips and gravy.
