A MAN breached a restraining order just weeks after it was imposed and also damaged a police car.
Richard Wakely, 45, of Castle Street in Pennar, was made the subject of a restraining order at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on July 22. However, just under seven weeks later – on September 8 – he entered his victim’s home.
The defendant was further accused of damaging a police vehicle on that same day.

The case came back before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on September 30, but was further adjourned until October 7 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
