Ironman Wales brought thrills, spills, bucket list wishes and heartache to Pembrokeshire once again on Sunday, September 22.

The day-long challenges of swim, bike and marathon courses were tackled by 2,400 athletes, with support every yard of the way from a legion of vociferous and enthusiastic supporters.
