A Carmarthenshire company that supports businesses in Wales raised thousands for a Pembrokeshire charity.

Landsker Business Solutions celebrated its 25-year milestone in style, hosting a black-tie event at the Wolfscastle Hotel on Thursday, September 5.

The evening featured a three-course dinner, music from Jukebox Tonic, DJ Steve Briers, and a charity auction and raffle.

The guests, including Landsker's clients, staff, and friends, came together to raise money for the DPJ Foundation.

This organisation provides mental health support and advocacy for those in the agricultural sector.

The auction and raffle raised £5,760 for the foundation.

Landsker Business Solutions was founded in the late nineties by current managing director Jeremy Bowen Rees.

The company was established to assist Welsh SMEs with business planning, HR, finance, ICT and systems, sustainable development, grants, and marketing.

To date, Landsker has assisted approximately 3,000 Welsh businesses, secured more than £150 million in funding, contributed to the creation of more than 6,000 jobs in Wales, and helped 750 start-ups build their brands.

Mr Bowen Rees said: "It has been a real privilege, incredibly enjoyable and stimulating to lead Landsker over the last 25 years.

"I look back with pride and a great sense of achievement when I think about all the businesses we have had the opportunity to work with, the clients and friends we have met along the way, and my staff team who have played a pivotal role in elevating us to where we are today.

"The best is yet to come for Landsker, so watch this space as we continue to develop our services to help businesses in what are challenging trading condition."

He added: "Our birthday celebration was not only an opportunity to celebrate our achievements but also to shed some light on and raise some money for the DPJ Foundation.

"Many of our clients are in the rural and agricultural sector and I’m delighted so much money has been raised for such a worthy cause.

"I’d like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all the businesses who donated auction lots and raffle prizes, and of course to those who bid and bought raffle tickets."
