Judge Catherine Richards granted an application for a pre-sentence report, and readmitted Booth to bail.
He will be sentenced after the outcome of his co-defendants’ trial.
“The likely sentence here is immediate custody,” Judge Richards warned Booth. “You must make the appropriate arrangements.”
