A Milford Haven theatre will be showing broadcasts of popular musicals.
The Torch Theatre will be screening recordings of beloved shows like Les Misérables and The Phantom Of The Opera.
From September this year until April 2025, audiences can look forward to six renowned musicals.
Kicking off the season is the sell-out 25th Anniversary Gala Performance of Miss Saigon on Sunday, September 22.
The global stage sensation features appearances from original cast members Jonathan Pryce and Lea Salonga.
The Daily Telegraph described Miss Saigon as "the most thrilling, soaring and emotionally stirring musical with magnificent performances."
The Daily Mail dubbed it "the greatest musical of all time."
On Sunday, November 3, at 7pm, the theatre will screen The Phantom Of The Opera from the Royal Albert Hall.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical is a worldwide entertainment phenomenon, staged in 145 cities across 27 countries.
The production, presented by Cameron Mackintosh, is a fully-staged, lavish 25th Anniversary celebration broadcast.
On Sunday, November 24 at 7pm, audiences can enjoy Girl From The North Country.
Written and directed by acclaimed playwright Conor McPherson, the musical features Tony Award-winning orchestrations by Simon Hale.
Girl From The North Country reinterprets 20 legendary Bob Dylan songs, including Forever Young and All Along The Watchtower.
The next treat is Les Misérables – The Staged Concert (40th Anniversary celebration) on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
The spectacular sell-out staged concert version at the Gielgud Theatre in 2019, produced by Cameron Mackintosh, featured an all-star cast including Michael Ball, Alfie Boe, Carrie Hope Fletcher, Matt Lucas, and John Owen Jones.
Cinema audiences can now enjoy a unique encore of this incredible show to celebrate Les Misérables’ 40th Anniversary.
The concert includes the much-loved songs I Dreamed A Dream, Bring Him Home, One Day More, and On My Own.
Moving on to March 2025, Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s rock classic Jesus Christ Superstar will be screened on Sunday, March 2.
The performance, filmed in the UK during the Live Arena Tour, features an impressive cast including Tim Minchin as Judas Iscariot, Melanie Chisholm as Mary Magdalene, Chris Moyles as King Herod, and Ben Forster as Jesus Christ.
The show includes hit songs like I Don’t Know How to Love Him and Gethsemane.
The season finale will be the screening of Billy Elliot the Musical on Wednesday, April 2 at 7pm.
Since opening in London’s West End in 2005, the show has won the hearts of millions.
Set in a northern mining town during the 1984/85 miners’ strike, the musical follows Billy’s journey from a boxing ring to a ballet class.
Billy’s newfound passion for dance inspires his family and the whole community, changing his life forever.
The original creative team behind the film, including writer Lee Hall, director Stephen Daldry, and choreographer Peter Darling, is joined by Elton John to produce this uplifting theatrical experience.
