This week’s Fabulous Five are searching for the perfect second chance in life with the help of a loving family.

First on the list is Nia, a 14-month-old Golden Retriever. Nia came through surgery for a double hip replacement and is now ready for the next chapter in her young life.

It’s been 15 weeks since her operation and Nia has emerged as a fun-loving dog who enjoys playing with her other pets, including cats.

She is also brilliant with both adults and children, making her the ideal family pet.

This feline is only one years old yet showcased her caring nature at the rescue centre by helping to nurse feline babies.

Pearl will make a lovely feline friend due to her friendly and kind nature. Plus, she is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

As a confident pony, Queenie has no trouble mixing with the herd and has the potential to be a driven prospect if given the correct training.

She loves human interaction too, making her easy to handle, tie up and lead for any family.

She is the ideal pet for an active household that enjoy going on frequent walks to the park, cycling and other outdoor adventures.

However, Lola wants to be the sole pet in any household, so she can be the centre of attention and soak up all the love from those around her.

Lola is neutered and comes with a Burns Pet Nutrition adoption pack alongside five weeks of free Agria pet insurance.

Cuba might be slightly cautious and shy when you first meet her, but as soon she is comfortable her adorable personality will shine through.

This mini pup just needs a family to take a chance on her, so she can express her loyalty and devotion.

Despite being found as an unclaimed stray, Cuba relishes human connection which is why she’s the type of dog that cuddles you on the couch, joins you on every walk and brings joy to every moment.
