A unique baptism recently took place in Tenby.
On September 1, Irene Barclay was baptised at Tenby harbour by Deer Park Baptist Church, in what is believed to be a first baptism at the location.
Descendant of Harbour dwellers, Ms Barclay specifically requested the unconventional setting.
Peter Griffiths, a deacon, officiated assisted by Alfie, with Pastor Nela Marsden leading prayers, and close friend Rev. David Waters ending the service.
Members, family, friends, and a crowd of visitors witnessed the event, which took place in good weather.
Tenby Sailing Club provided facilities.
