A MAN fraudulently accessed a woman’s bank account on multiple occasions.

Bruce Nancervies, 28, of Whitland, was charged with three offences of fraud by false representation.

Nancervies was alleged to have dishonestly made false representations to access a woman’s bank account in Truro on April 24 and 25, and May 2 last year.

He pleaded guilty to all charges at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on August 28.

The case was adjourned for the preparation of a pre-sentence report, and the defendant was warned that all sentencing options remain open.

Nancervies was granted bail and will return to court on September 18.
