Musselwick Beach is one of the most remote, yet wonderful places to visit in Pembrokeshire.

Based in Solva, Haverfordwest, the beach can only be accessed through Pembrokeshire coastal path or with a ten-minute walk along a footpath across nearby fields.

Once close to the beach, you need to go down rocky steps which might prove difficult for those with disabilities or for young children.

The golden sand at Musselwick can be seen at low tide, so it is advised to check tide times before visiting, especially if you’re planning to swim in the sea.

Limited roadside parking is also available near Marloes village for three or four cars.
