A Pembrokeshire Young Farmers Club held their second tractor pull earlier this month.
Martletwy YFC's second Tractor Pull and Dyno Day took place on August 17, raising funds for Air Ambulance Wales, CRY, and Martletwy YFC.
Event organiser Hamish Brown said: "There had been months of preparation leading up to the day and nerves were high as we had held the same event last year and it had been a success.
"We were worried it would be hard to emulate that."
Mr Brown added: "We need not have worried, we had great support on the day.
"People had come from all over the UK to support and take part.
"We had tractor pullers from Devon, Cornwall, and Ireland."
The day was filled with tractor races, dyno tests, and tractor pulls.
The dyno, a machine testing tractor engine horsepower, saw Martletwy YFC member Caleb Gough and his Kubota tractor reach 11 horsepower.
Some larger tractors exceeded 400 horsepower.
The day also featured a tractor pulling sledge where modified tractors competed against the sledge on a 100m run.
The sledge's weights moved, making it heavier the further one went, providing thrilling entertainment for the audience.
Irish film crew GRASSMEN filmed the event, interviewing Martletwy YFC club chairman Harry Brown.
The event, conceived by Martletwy YFC leaders Hamish Brown, Andrew Harts, and Charles Harries over a pint at The Cresselly Arms, has grown into a significant occasion.
It took place at Yerbeston by kind permission of the Jones & Woods families.
The event raised a large amount of money, which has been split between the charities CRY and Wales Air Ambulance, as well as the Martletwy YFC.
CRY is especially close to the club who lost a member, Luke Rogers, to cardiac disease.
His sister Judith had been a huge help in the setup and running of the Tractor Pull event.
The day saw five winners from the three races and the fastest YFC member, Fred Morris from South Pembs YFC.
The fastest time of the day was claimed by the world's fastest wheelbarrow, present at the event and racing against the tractors.
Martletwy YFC is considering another similar event next year with a few changes.
The club meets on Monday nights in Cresselly Hall at 7.30pm.
Membership is open to all, not just farmers.
