Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking a new tenant for a site which it owns.
The authority’s Bush Nursery in Pembroke, currently run as a garden centre, is being advertised as being up for let at the rate of £4,000 a year.
The council’s advertisement for the site states: "Bush Nursery is located in Pembroke, a short distance away from Harri Tudor High School and Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Penfro.
"The site is currently run as a commercial garden centre, however, could be suitable for a variety of uses."
The rent of £4,000 pa excludes business rates and VAT.
The application deadline is 'subject to interest' and viewings are by prior appointment only.
