THESE defendants have been back in court recently.
The four defendants have all been accused of breaching the terms of their community orders.
Their cases were heard at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court and Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court.

Here are a round-up of the cases.
JOSHUA SKIPPER, 22, of Prescelly Place in Haverfordwest, failed to show up for appointments with the probation service despite it being a condition of his community order.
Skipper was made the subject of a community order on October 23. However, the court heard that he did not attend appointments with the probation service on November 14 and November 21.
He admitted the breach, and was ordered to pay a £40 fine and costs of £60 at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on December 11.
LAURA LIVERMORE, 36, of Dewing Avenue in Manorbier, was alleged to have breached her community order.
Livermore was made the subject of an order on October 9.
The court heard that she failed to attend a probation service appointment on October 27, or an appointment with rehabilitation services on November 6.
She admitted the breach at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on December 11.
Livermore was fined £120 and must pay costs of £60.
KEVIN CONANT, 59, of Priory Street in Cardigan, admitted failing to attend his unpaid work and unacceptable behaviour.
Conant was sentenced to a community order at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on January 12.
However, Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court heard that Conant failed to attend a probation service appointment on November 6, did not show up for his unpaid work on November 12, and was accused of “unacceptable behaviour” on November 13.
He admitted breaching the terms of his community order.
The community order was extended and will now continue until July 2024. Conant must also pay a £40 fine and £60 in costs.
JOHN MCMICHAEL, 35, of Shoemakers Court in Haverfordwest, was alleged to have breached his community order.
McMichael was handed a community order at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on July 26 after smashing the rear window of a car on March 1 in Haverfordwest.
It was alleged that the defendant failed to attend appointments with the probation service on October 11 and October 25.
A warrant for his arrest was issued at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on December 11.
