A 21-YEAR-OLD sex offender is charged with having an indecent image of a child and breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Jake Roberts, of no fixed abode, appeared at Aberystwyth Magistrates' Court on November 15.
Roberts is alleged to have had a Category A indecent image – the most serious type – in Cilgerran on August 30.

He also faces two charges of breaching a sexual harm prevention order which had been impsed on November 3, 2021.
The first of these relates to allegations that he deleted the Telegram app between September 12 and October 27, while the second refers to allegations that he failed to provide officers access to his Snapchat account on November 14.
No pleas were entered, and the case was sent to Swansea Crown Court on December 13. He was remanded in to custody.
