A MAN has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman at a pub in Cardigan.
Matthew Phillips, 36, of Maesglas in Cardigan, is alleged to have sexually touched the woman without her consent at The Saddlers Arms on November 20 last year.
A guilty plea was indicated at Aberystwyth Magistrates' Court on October 19.

He was granted bail, and his sentencing was adjourned until November 8 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
