A Llangwm man, accused of threatening to kill a near neighbour with an axe, had his case committed to crown court yesterday (Thursday).
Haverfordwest Magistrates court heard how Ian Brock of 19 Rectory Road, Llangwm allegedly threatened to kill Mark Davies with an axe, following an altercation at the town's rugby club last Saturday, January 26th.
Brock, aged 22, was charged with common assault, threats to kill and a public order offence.
Brock's solicitor, Sharon Knox, declined to enter pleas at this early stage.
Magistrates decided that they would decline jurisdiction and the case should be heard at Swansea Crown Court.
Brock was granted conditional bail and will appear before magistrates for a committal hearing on March 13th.
