A casualty is about to be air lifted out of Portfield Gate in Haverfordwest following a two vehicle crash this morning.
Emergency services, including two fire engines, and air ambulance, a land ambulance and a rapid response vehicle are at the scene.
One casualty has already been taken to hospital by land ambulance, while the other one is in an air ambulance about to leave for Withybush.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said that one of the casualties was female but there were no details of the injuries available at present.
Two fire tenders are also at the scene, fire crews are currently making the road safe.
Police confirmed that the road is currently closed.
This is the second crash on this stretch of road in two weeks.
