Parts of Pembroke have some of the highest Covid case rates in Wales.
MSOA (middle layer super output areas) data released by Public Health Wales has revealed that one area of Pembrokeshire has a Covid case rate among the top ten per cent in the country.
Between December 9 and December 15, Narbeth had one of the worst Covid case rates across Wales.
Covid case rates in Pembrokeshire
This is the coronavirus rate and number of new cases for every area across Pembrokeshire:
- St Davids & Letterston: 31 new cases; a rate of 407.8 per 100,000 people.
- Johnston, Broad Haven & St Ishmaels: 34 new cases; a rate of 406.7cases per 100,000 people.
- Milford Haven West: 35 new cases; a rate of 458.1 per 100,000 people.
- Milford Haven East: 29 new cases; a rate of 388.1 cases per 100,000 people.
- Pembroke West & Castlemartin: 39 new cases; 527.5 cases per 100,000 people.
- Pembroke East & Manorbier: 37 new cases; a rate of 480.6 cases per 100,000 people.
- Pembroke Dock: 47 new cases; a rate of 486.3 cases per 100,000 people.
- Neyland: 54 new cases; a rate of 621.4 cases per 100,000 people.
- Haverfordwest South: 46 new cases; a rate of 643.3 cases per 100,000 people.
- Haverfordwest North: 39 new cases; a rate of 548.5 cases per 100,000 people.
- Crundale, Clynderwen & Maenclochog: 32 new cases; a rate of 444.1 cases per 100,000 people.
- Fishguard: 22 new cases; a rate of 222.2 cases per 100,000 people.
- Cilgerran & Crymych: 24 new cases; a rate of 282.6 cases per 100,000 people.
- Narberth: 46 new cases; a rate of 669.4 cases per 100,000 people.
- Saundersfoot: 40 new cases; a rate of 470.9 cases per 100,000 people.
- Tenby & Caldey: 21 new cases; a rate of 345.7 cases per 100,000 people.
