A man from Pembrokeshire has surpassed a milestone by riding a local rollercoaster for the 6,000th time.

Ryan Hackett, from Milford Haven, recently rode the 'Megafobia' rollercoaster ride at Oakwood Theme Park for the 6,000th time since its opening in 1996.

In the past 25 years, he has clocked up his miles, sometimes riding the rollercoaster 21 times in a day.

However, he was narrowly shy of the 6,000 milestone before the theme park closed due to Covid-19 for several months.

But the milestone has finally been reached, with Ryan showing no signs of slowing down and adding to his number.
