A Pembrokeshire hotel has been named among the best in Wales.

The Sunday Times has revealed its definitive list of the 100 best places to stay throughout the UK.

Five Welsh hotels made the cut, including Grove of Narberth.

The Sunday Times describes the hotel as a “stylish country house” and a “foodie retreat”.

And the hotel is certainly a popular site with its customers.

Grove of Narberth has a five-star rating on TripAdvisor, with more than 1,400 excellent reviews.

One reviewer described the experience as “unforgettable” as they marked their wedding anniversary at the site.

They said: “We were given a warm welcome in the main house and then taken to our room, a luxurious suite, Sage, a short stroll from the main house.

“The suite is beautifully designed with a spacious lounge area complete with well supplied mini bar and woodburner.

“The Grove must be one of finest hotels in Wales. We now cannot wait to go again.”
