AS a Christian I have to disagree with Father Neil Hook of St Mary the Virgin and St Martin of Tours in Haverfordwest regarding the vote by the Anglican Church to allow same-sex couples to have their marriages blessed.
I feel Churches should stick to their original constitutions and not change to accommodate modern societal trends.
All faiths are experiencing a fall in numbers attending but that is fine; those who attend empty churches but adhere to "the rules of the scriptures" are true followers; those who are "born again" or start attending due to inclusive gimmicks are not genuine and only attend for their personal interests.
The scriptures for all religions, in their original form, are the official word.
The change introduced by the Anglican Church makes a mockery of it and thus it can no longer be considered as a proper Church.
