A WOMAN has been ordered not to enter Pembroke in the next two years after admitting making menacing electronic communications.
Appearing before York Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 21, Terri Lea Clancey, of Spindle Close, York admitted, on March 10, sending, by means of a public electronic communications network, messages that were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.
Clancey, aged 31, also admitted a similar offence on the previous day, on March 9.
Her guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.
Clancey was subject to a community order made by York magistrates for other offences when she appeared in court.
A community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement was made and Clancey was also restraining order was also made.
Clancey was told not to enter Pembroke until September 20, 2023.
She was also ordered not to contact a named man other than through specified contacts.
Clancey was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim of crime surcharge of £95.
She was resentenced on the previous offences with a community order made.
