At a glitzy awards ceremony at Withybush Pavilion on Thursday night, the best of Pembrokeshire health and care sector gather for the Western and Telegraph Health and Care Awards 2018.

The awards were presented by Dr Hilary Jones.

Volunteer of the Year : Wynne Evans

West Wales Unsung Hero Award: Emma Picton Jones, The DPJ Foundation

Pharmacy of the Year: Clunderwen Pharmacy

Together we Achieve: Equipment Loan Service, Paul Sartori Hospice at Home
