Both are currently being held in police custody.
A 48-year-old man, arrested on Friday on suspicion of murder, remains in police custody.
Officers are continuing to appeal for information from anyone staying at the caravan park, who might have seen or heard anything out of the ordinary between 5pm on Thursday, September 27 and 10am on Friday, September 28.
Detective Chief Inspector Paul Jones said: “Any piece of information, however small you think it might be, could be critical in piecing together the circumstances which led to Simon’s death.
“Please call 101 if you think you can help.”
