A FUNDRAISING soup and pudding luncheon in aid of a village hall is taking place in Lamphey next Saturday.
St Twynnells Village Fundraisers invite you to lunch at Lamphey Village Hall on March 24, 11.30am-1.30 pm.
They are using Lamphey Hall because their own hall is in need of some serious TLC.
On the menu there will be a selection of homemade soups and puddings.
St Twynnells village is well known in the district for its delicious puddings and their generous portions. So please come along and support us if you can. Only £5 per person for soup, pudding and a tea or coffee.
Tickets are available from Edward Morris on 01646 661247, or can be purchased at the door.
St Twynnells Village Fundraisers are trying to raise funds for the restoration of their local 12th Century church and their village community Hall. The beautiful historic church needs rewiring and the tower repointing and restoring.
The Community and District Hall was a very popular venue for functions in the past. It is a big asset to the district and community because of its size and location. The hall committee are going to apply for grant funding for its restoration but need to match fund it. The hall needs a new roof, internal refurbishment and better disabled access. So please help us to fulfil the task of making the hall available for the community again.
Tickets/donations for the hall or church can be made to Edward Morris, Loveston Farm, Merrion, Pembroke, 01646 661247.
