Pembrokeshire County Council sold over £1m of land and buildings between June and August of this year.
Cabinet’s Monday meeting was told that £1,380,000 of assets were sold over the summer.
The most profitable sale was the former RNAD site at Blackbridge, Milford Haven to Egnedol Pembroke Eco Power Ltd for £750,000.
Also sold was Rose Villa, Narberth to BJ Bowen and CS Bowen for £280,000 and land at Coed y Glyn, Tenby Road, Narberth to PJSR Hill, DW Hill and AR Wood for £350,000.
Council leader Jamie Adams said that these were three “significant disposals” which would provide funding for the council’s Twenty First Century Schools programme.
