A MILFORD Haven man, caught with £65 worth of cocaine lodged between his buttocks, is more than £200 out of pocket.
Appearing before Haverfordwest magistrates on Tuesday, Luke George Jones, 32, of Chestnut Way, Mount Estate admitted possession of 1.5 grams of cocaine in two plastic bags on January 17.
Prosecuting, Ellie Morgan said police had searched Jones at the police station.
Jones had been detained on a separate matter which did not result in any proceedings, the court heard.
Two bags containing the drug were found lodged between his buttocks during the search, the court heard.
Defending, James Subbiani said Jones had been out drinking when he was offered the cocaine and “very foolishly” bought it.
“Clearly his judgement was affected by the fact he had been out drinking,” said Mr Subbiani.
Jones was fined £110, with costs of £85 and a surcharge of £20.
