A colossal cuddly toy will remain in Fishguard's Edelweiss Antiques until he has raised at least £300 for three good causes.
The super-sized Snoopy toy was bought by Edelweiss owner, Vicky Gwilliam, before Christmas last year.
Standing at at 4'6" the huge and huggable Snoopy is a true original. He was won in a Radio Sheffield raffle 40 years ago by and was abandoned in an attic for decades, hence his practically perfect condition.
Before Christmas Vicky decided to auction him to raise money for the charities; the NSPCC, Age Concern and Shelter.
However she still hasn't had a bid over her reserve of £300. Vicky thinks he could be worth a lot more than that but wants to raise at least £100 for each of her three charities.
"I'm going to keep the auction going until I've got the money I want for him," said Vicky.
Vicky said she was even willing to take payment for the titanic toy in instalments if the right bid was received.
"He'll remain as the star of the shop and when I have got an offer that makes sense he'll go. It would be madness to let him go for peanuts."
Secret sealed bids can be submitted by hand to Edelweiss Antiques or via private message on their Facebook page. Bidding closes on February 14th when the winner will be announced.
