IT IS outrageous that the very popular fish week should be cancelled just because one member of staff at PCC is unable to run it any more. Surely there must be other staff or even outdoor event organizers who could take over the roll?
If PCC can run without a chief exec surely the Fish Week can go ahead without Kate Morgan.
