There was plenty of flipping madness in Tenby this morning, as the town celebrated Shrove Tuesday with pancake races in the town centre.
Held in aid of the RNLI, the event saw youngsters making a 60-yard dash through Tudor Square, with the aim of getting to the finishing line with their pancake intact.
RNLI mascot Stormy Stan was there, along with Tenby's mayor, Councillor Sue Lane, to oversee the fun and ensure fair play in the special race for Tenby Lifeboat crew members.
