Summons issued after player received serious facial injuries in local football match
A 25 year-old man has been reported for summons for Section 20 assault - unlawful wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm - following a local football match last year.
The summons follows an incident during the Hakin United v Merlins Bridge game on Saturday October 11 when a player was left with serious facial injuries.
No court date has yet been set.
The match was being played in the Pembrokeshire Senior Cup First Round.
The game was abandoned and a decision on the outcome is yet to be made.
