Dyfed-Powys Police officers are investigating after the body of a male was recovered from the Cleddau estuary, off Warrior Way, Pembroke Dock today (Sunday).
A kayaker raised the alarm and asked for help from a passing yacht at around 11:30am.
The Angle RNLI all-weather lifeboat, a port authority vessel and a Dyfed-Powys Police boat were all involved in the recovery of the body.
Police say the death is currently being treated as unexplained and work continues to identify the deceased.
The body was brought to Neyland marina where Dyfed-Powys Police officers were waiting.
