MEMBERS and friends of the R.A.O.B Cleddau Lodge rounded off a successful year of fundraising by holding their senior citizens charity lunch on Saturday, January 11.
The 24th annual event at the Fishguard Bay Hotel was attended by 136 local people, who enjoyed the hospitality.
The main beneficiary of the fundraising was Prostate Cancer Cymru.
The charity was represented at the lunch by guests of honour; Ray Williams and Dai Davies, who were delighted to receive a cheque for £6,000.
The Cleddau Lodge has also supported other local charities and projects in the past 12 months with an additional £1,000.
Members would like to extend their thanks to community members for their generosity and support. They will continue their fundraising efforts this year, with Pembrokeshire Cancer Support being the main beneficiary.
