A HAVERFORDWEST woman has celebrated 15 years of serving the community.
Kay Sizer has been practice manager of the Bridge Street Specsavers store since 2009, beginning her career there as an optical assistant in 1998.
To mark her long service, Mrs Sizer’s colleagues recently presented her with a certificate and a weekend away at Celtic Manor.
Over the last 15 years, Mrs Sizer has seen major changes in the technology used to test people’s vision. She said coming to work every day was a “real pleasure”, and she enjoyed all the challenges the job presented.
Paul Skoczek, Haverfordwest store director, said: “She’s is a very popular member the team and well-known within the local community, particularly among families who come into store. All the team are exceptionally proud of Kay and everything that she has achieved."
