Pembrokeshire County Council has tweeted to say that the A487 through Newgale has now re-opened.
The road has been closed since last Thursday (January 2) after stormy seas pushed the pebble sea wall back over the road and flooded large parts of the village.
Work had been going on since Tuesday to clear the road, as seen in this picture by SkyCamWales.
The county council said the A487 has re-opened but the side road to Nolton is likely to remain closed over the weekend.
