THE Pembroke and Pembroke quiz league resumed its fixtures after the Christmas break with Cosh Brewery setting a good quiz round.
St Govan’s B travelled to Alma A and came away with a resounding victory, while at St Govan’s Inn the A team suffered a defeat at the hands of the First and Last.
At the Golf Club, the improving home side inflicted yet another defeat on a struggling Charlton B.
Meanwhile Charlton A convincingly beat Alma B, who are still without a win this season, and at the Naval Club, the visiting Oak took the points.
The match of the round was at the Station which saw the two home sides go head-to-head.
