A PEMBROKE Dock man charged with eight offences, including three rapes and one attempted rape, will appear before a judge at Swansea Crown Court on Friday, January 17.
Brian Gerald Callaghan, 55, of Meyrick Street, Pembroke Dock, is charged with three offences of sexually assaulting a woman, three offences of raping a woman and one attempted rape. The incidents are alleged to have happened in Pembroke Dock on November 22.
He is also charged with sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 between 2003 and May 30 2013.
Callaghan was not asked to enter a plea for any of the offences when he appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (January 7).
