Dilwyn died peacefully in Withybush hospital on 3rd November.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. Jerome's Church, Llangwm on Friday
6th December at 2pm
Donations in memory of Dilwyn to be sent to Mrs. Jane Preddy, 28, Gail Rise, Llangwm. SA62 4HW.
No dress code but please wear something colourful.
