Saywell MBE Celia Joan Mary It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mum, Celia Saywell MBE on Friday 28 January, aged 81. For her whole life our mum was someone who cared deeply about the communities she was involved in. From the Scout movement at 1st Roch, the Pembrokeshire Branch of the Association of Wrens (later becoming a National Vice President for the whole of the Association) to the writing and artist communities of Pembrokeshire and later Swansea. Most of all we will remember our mum as the kindest, most loving and devoted mother to four boys and their partners and two grandchildren. Tim, Phil, Viv and Matthew
