I guess many of us were saddened to hear of the death of Jimmy Savile, yesterday.
Those of us who were brought up on Top of the Pops (in its hey day!), Jim'll Fix It and his radio show on Radio 1, will have happy memories of the man. His love of cigars, the jewelry and shell suits, you could hardly forget him!
So he lived to 84 and was known and loved by all generations.
He was a star and gave us many happy hours to remember.
RIP Jimmy. If there is a heaven, I am sure it has been fixed to find a place for Jim!
