I have been spell bound to Sky News tonight to see Alex Crawford's brilliant journalism and bravery as she's entered Tripoli with the Libyan rebels.
Yesterday we were told that the next 24 hours would be important for Tripoli.
Instead of Gaddafi's forces standing to fight and a seige going on for several weeks, we can see the downfall of Gaddafi's regime.
Gaddafi's son Mohammed has surrendered and Saif, has been detained. We await news of what has happened to Colonel Gaddafi himself as the Libyan Revolution has finally succeeded.
Gaddafi has seen the destruction of much property and many deaths, all for the personal glory of one man who himself came to power in a revolution he led in 1969. He's now deposed by another!
Congratulations to Sky on its brilliant news reporting and give an award to Alex Crawford for her sheer bravery as it could have gone pear-shaped at anytime.
