I have been working recently at some fundraising shows, and the most common complaint from people is lack of energy. One thing you can do to counteract this is to breath in yellow to uplift and energise you. Take some deep breaths to steady your breathing, and then focus all your attention on your solar plexus, just under your chest, in the center. Place the palm of your hand there if it helps. With each breath in, visualise you are breathing in a bright, sunny yellow, breath it right down to your solar plexus. Imagine a bright yellow flower, if it is easier, such as a daffodil. With each breath out, imagine you are releasing any stagnant, stale, lethargic energy. Really try and empty your lungs. Repeat this several times, and whenever you can to boost your energy. This also helps in calming you if you are feeling anxious.
Crystals which can help energise you include quartz, rutilated quartz and citrine will uplift you and boost your confidence. Keep them in your pocket.
Bach flower remedies which can help with total lack of energy include oak and olive.
I had a wonderful day on Friday learning about Bach flower remedies, and how they can benefit us. Yet again, it reminds me how we have so many natural resources, with no side effects or addiction available to us. The flower remedies treat the emotional state, which in turn can help to ease the physical symptoms. How many of you have a bottle of Rescue Remedy at home? This is the most common Bach remedy, and is extremely beneficial at times of shock or trauma, panic or anxiety. It is excellent to take before any exam, driving test, or stressful situation. It can also be taken alongside any other Bach flower remedy. One of the amazing things is that the remedies do not have a negative effect – if you are taking one that you do not need, it will have no effect on you and your body will not absorb it. They are completely safe to take with any other medication or remedy, such as homeopathic remedies, are safe for children, including babies, and safe during pregnancy. You can mix together up to 6 or 7 different remedies to address different emotional problems you may have.
