As the management won their case to stop BA cabin crew striking over the Christmas period by running to the courts, the same management seem to be using even more dire methods to stop the next planned strike.
The unions are bound to ensure that the next ballot has every "i" dotted and every "t" crossed, so the management cannot go running to the courts again and win.
Managament now threaten staff that if they strike, they will lose their free longhaul travel flights.
How desperate does a company have to be to stamp their employees into the ground? They seem to be using desperate and despicable means (threats to perks) to try and prevent their staff from striking.
Looks like BULLYING to me ....
