Adele was tipped to be the star newcomer on the music scene for 2008, as Mika was for 2007. Mika's album, Life in Cartoon Motion, in my (sad) opinion, was the best one from last year and its in my car CD player, now.
But I cannot understand what Adele's song "Chasing Pavements" is about. Having heard it many times on Real Radio, I can only assume its to do with drugs as I have never had a fetish for chasing a pavement.
