As soon as it was decided to hold the 'Back to Collage' exhibition at Oriel Q, in Narberth, it became apparent just how many Wales-based artists are exploring the possibilities of the art form.
Peter Rossiter, guest curator and artist, was delighted with the phenomenal response to his call-out for submissions – not just in paintings with collage, but also in ceramics and other media.
The exhibition, which opened on Saturday, has 40 plus artists taking part, showing the exciting range of this multi faceted medium: from escapism and fantasy to cutting-edge reflections on the world we live in.
'Back to Collage' showcases a rich variety of artwork and demonstrating some of the infinite possibilities of collage and mixed media.
The 'not for profit', non-commercial gallery is run by supportive volunteers and opens every Wednesday to Saturday from 10am until 4.30pm on the second floor of the Queens Hall until Saturday, November 30.
