PLANS to build two food and drink units in Neyland, which could create 46 new jobs, have been submitted to the county council.
An application to erect units, car parking and lighting columns at Honeyborough Industrial Estate has been put forward by Aspect Developments Ltd.
If approved, the plans could create 16 full-time and 30 part-time jobs at the retail park.
Proposed operating hours are 8am until 10pm, seven days a week, including bank holidays.
Initial designs include areas for customer seating, food preparation, a serving counter, cold store, and customer and staff toilets.
But the applications states "the layout of each unit will be set by the future occupiers".
The plans include additional car parking to serve the existing unit to the north of the earmarked site.
The public can comment on the application until September 28 by searching 18/0449/PA on the county council's planning portal website.
