A HAVERFORDWEST business has won a national award for their highly acclaimed customer service.
Greens Motors, based at the Withybush Industrial estate, Haverfordwest, has won the Jaguar Land Rover Customer Service Centre award for the last quarter of 2017.
Jaguar Land Rover regularly surveys customers who visit their 120 dealerships across the UK, with Greens returning the highest rating for the winter of 2017.
Martin Green, manager of the family-owned company, was proud of his staff’s success in winning the award.
“Primarily it is about providing the best customer experience,” he said. “We have always been pretty consistently in the top five places.
“I don’t know if we have done anything extraordinary other than trying our best to provide a decent service and uphold what we say we are going to do.”
In previous years the dealership has won the best customer service centre award for the whole year, with individual staff members also having picked up their own awards.
Greens Motors is one of the oldest Land Rover dealers in the world.
The company was originally set up in 1846 by Stephen Green, and was an ironmongers based on High Street in Haverfordwest town centre.
Greens Motors began selling cars at the start of the 20th century, and has flourished as a business since.
The company currently employs 18 people at its office on the Withybush Industrial Estate.
