Today (Sunday) is the run day that rounds off The Long Course Weekend in Tenby and the surrounding area.
Athletes will be running The Wales Marathon, The Wales Half Marathon, The Wales 10k or The Wales 5k, and all races will finish in Tudor Square in Tenby.
The Wales 5K will start at 9.55am from Tudor Square, Tenby. Athletes will start ahead of the marathon runners on an out and back course. They will start in the heart of Tenby; running up towards New Hedges before heading back to be the first athletes down the red carpet.
At 10am The Wales Marathon will also begin from Tudor Square. Athletes will run towards Pembroke and the route will take them back to Tudor Square, where they must arrive before 4pm.
The half marathon will also leave from Pembroke. Athletes will leave Pembroke castle at 11.40am and will parade down Main Street, led by a samba band, to the half marathon start line in Main Street, Pembroke.
Athletes will begin The Wales Half Marathon from Main Street at midday, running towards Tenby. They need to arrive back in Tudor Square by 4pm.
The Wales 10K will set off from Manorbier Castle at 1.30pm, again athletes will head towards Tenby’s Tudor Square.
The first athlete is expected back at Tudor Square at around 12.30pm, all athletes must have reached the square by 4pm.
At around 4.30pm the Long Course Weekend presentation ceremony will begin on Tudor Square, Tenby.
